Nitrogen’s revamped sportsbook stumbles at 1st hurdle
It was a long time in the making, but the rollout of Nitrogen’s revamped sportsbook sparked more questions than answers this week.
Customers took to social media and chat forums to vent their frustrations, with the new-look site awash with bugs and interruptions such as login errors and an inability to place bets.
We experienced a major issue ourselves when a simple withdrawal request failed due to an issue with their cashier. The withdrawal was eventually cancelled, and we were asked to re-submit the cashout request. Far from ideal!
On a positive note, improvements in the service are evident. The site’s design is more user-friendly, and its live betting coverage has clearly expanded. The in-play odds are also being refreshed much faster – in fact, if anything the refreshing of prices now proves too fast when you’re trying to bet on a parlay in play.
It is worth pointing out that at the time of writing, the mobile version is still experiencing major issues. If you’re using Nitrogen this weekend, do so on your desktop.
