General Information About CryptoBetSports
CryptoBet Sportsbook is a Curaçao-licensed online sportsbook and casino that first launched back in 2022 (license number 365/JAZ).
It is owned by CBS Global N.V. and targets players in many major regions.
New players to CryptoBet Sportsbook can take advantage of a welcome offer that promises to double their first deposit up to a maximum of $2,500 (or the equivalent in their chosen currency), with a minimum deposit of just $10.
⭐They can also pick up a $5 free bet, one they can use on over 40 sports and countless pre-game and live betting markets.
My experience with CryptoBet Sportsbook was largely positive, leading to a high score. The betting options were great, as were the bonuses.
It was let down by poor responsible gambling and customer support options, though, stopping it from getting top marks.

My User Experience on Mobile App and Website
The CryptoBet Sportbook website has a streamlined, mobile-friendly feel to it, even when played on a desktop.
There is a sidebar hidden under a hamburger menu, along with several sliders advertising promotions.
The sportsbook itself packs a lot of sports, markets, and other info into a relatively small space without looking overcrowded.
It was a joy to use. I also really liked the use of deep blues with white accents. If you’re not a fan, you can switch to “light mode” in the settings.
It doesn’t change the main background, but it does add more bright shades to the menus. I personally found this option to look washed out, though.
There doesn’t seem to be a mobile app for CryptoBet Sportsbook, but it does work through mobile browsers.
Be aware that there are apps labeled as “CryptoBet”, but these are not affiliated with the site.
My Registration Experience with CryptoBetSports – Step-by-Step Sign-Up Guide

Step 5 ➡️ Enter your currency (EUR is the default)
Step 6 ➡️ Choose your country of residence
Step 7 ➡️ Tick the boxes to accept the T&Cs and confirm you’re over 18
Step 8 ➡️ On the next screen, enter your first and last name, followed by your password
📌You’re now ready to go, although you should also confirm your email/phone number
Payment Information and Options
CryptoBet Sportsbook accepts a wide range of cryptocurrencies and fiat options. You can also buy crypto through the site.
The minimum transaction amounts change based on your chosen method, but they hover around:
- a minimum of $10 for deposits and
- a minimum of $20 for withdrawals
- maximum withdrawals of $10,000 to $11,000
⭐I stuck with Bitcoin for all of my transactions on the site and was pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy it was.
⭐It took only a few seconds each time, and the money was where it needed to be within an hour.

Sports Betting at CryptoBetSports
🔵Betting Market—Over 30 Sports
I counted 32 sports on offer at CryptoBet Sportsbook, with soccer, football, baseball, and tennis all offering the most options.
This changes depending on the season, though, and there are always lots of options.
The NFL, MLB, and English Premier League are some of the best-represented leagues, but you’ll find a bit of everything here.
🔵Odds
The odds on CryptoBet Sportsbook are highly competitive, especially for popular European sports and leagues like the Premier League and La Liga.
The odds are set to decimal by default, but there’s a drop-down menu at the top where you can switch to American, Fractional, Hong Kong, and Malaysian.
🔵Range of Bets
I love Over/Under and Handicap markets, and both of these are well represented on CryptoBet Sportsbook, especially for soccer and football.
I also appreciated the site’s use of prop bets, allowing you to bet on point/goal scorers and even in-game incidents like corners for soccer and field goal attempts for football.
🔵Live Betting and Streaming
Many pre-game markets become live betting markets when the game begins. These change fast, have a good selection, and offer competitive odds.
I would have liked to see some live streams, but I appreciate the use of updated stats and scores.
eSports
Unfortunately, CryptoBet Sportsbook is lacking when it comes to eSports. It might change in the future, but there were no such markets available at the time of this review.
Bonus Offers and Promotions
CryptoBet Sportsbook has welcome bonuses for both the sportsbook and casino, so choose wisely, as you can only have one.
⭐The signup bonus doubles your deposit to a maximum of $2,500.
⭐ You’ll also be given a free $5 bet and only need a minimum deposit of $10 to qualify.
📌You don’t need to enter a promo code during registration, but you will need to click “Subscribe” afterward.
Keep the following terms in mind:
- Free bet must be placed on a multiple of 2 to 10 bets with odds of at least 1.50
- The wagering requirement is 15x
- Only bets placed on odds of 1.20 or more will count toward the wagering requirement
Limits
It appears that there is no minimum bet on CryptoBet Sportsbook, as it lets me place a wager of just $0.01.
There is a maximum of $10,000, though. Any attempts to exceed this will revert to the maximum wager.
Rewards and Loyalty Program – CryptoBetSports VIP Club
There’s a 5-tier loyalty program for CryptoBetSports players who take their betting a little more seriously.
But even if you’re only going to be betting casually, you may still be able to get something out of it.
On each tier, you’ll get more cashback from your deposit and extra perks. You’ll rise through the tiers the more you bet on sports or play casino games on the site.
I’ve noted the tiers in the table below for you to check out.
VIP Program Level | Cashback | Weekly Reload | Extra Perks |
Bronze | 5% | 20% | None |
Silver | 6% | 40% | X2 withdrawal limits, exclusive tournaments, €10 cash |
Gold | 8% | 60% | X3 withdrawal limits, exclusive tournaments, €25 cash |
Platinum | 11% | 80% | X4 withdrawal limits, exclusive tournaments, €25 cash, birthday bonus, VIP manager |
Diamond | 15% | 100% | Personal withdrawal limits, exclusive tournaments, €100 cash |
How Did I Connect with CryptoBet Customer Support: A Step-by-Step Process
I had a few issues contacting CryptoBet customer support. I’ve seen a few sites stating that it has “24/7 support”, so naturally, I contacted live chat and expected to be connected to a representative immediately.
➡️However, upon clicking the little message icon in the bottom right corner, I was told that there were no representatives available. They asked me to leave a message instead.
➡️After clicking “Contact Us”, I noted a stated 24-hour response time and also saw a phone number. Strangely, the number seems to be located in Manchester, UK, but again, I had no success. It returned as “Call Failed”.
This would have been understandable if I conducted the review late at night, but it was 4:30 PM UTC (12:30 PM ET) on Thursday, so it should have been peak time.
Fortunately, the contact form and email options were more responsive.
📞Phone: 0161 457 0111

License and Security – Is CryptoBetSports Safe & Legit?
One of the first questions that players have about crypto casinos concerns whether they are safe and fair.
✔️CryptoBet Sportsbook definitely places a big green tick in that box.
✔️It is operated by CBS Global N.V. (registration no.162388) and works only with trusted gaming providers and payment options.
Reputation
On Trustpilot, I found that CryptoBet Sportsbook has just 8 reviews and a score of 3.1/5.
➡️A few of these user reviews are negative and complain about things that didn’t concern me and likely won’t concern other players.
- They include a 1-star review complaining that it took more than 24 hours to get a response, and a review that complained about their stakes being restricted, something that can happen if the casino feels that additional checks or precautions are needed.
AskGamblers doesn’t have much at the time of writing, while Casino Guru scored it 4.5/10. Their experiences don’t exactly align with my own, but as there are few reviews to compare, that’s not a big surprise.
Restricted Countries
The CryptoBet Sportsbook T&Cs outline a full list of restricted countries relating to each payment method and game provider. The site has a lot of options for both, but depending on where you reside, you may not be able to use all of them.
There are also registration restrictions. If you’re in one of the following countries, you won’t be able to access the site:
- Aruba
- Bonaire
- Curaçao
- Netherlands
- Malta
- Czechia
- Austria
- Cyprus
- Slovakia
- Slovenia
- Germany
- Latvia
- Lithuania
- France
- Singapore
- Ontario, Canada
- Portugal
- Spain
- Saba
- St. Maarten
- UK
- USA
CryptoBetSports.com Commitment to Responsible Gambling
The responsible gambling program on CryptoBet Sportsbook is a little lacking. It highlights the importance of “self-discipline”, but doesn’t really offer any tools to help players attain that goal.
📌You can’t tell a problem gambler to practice self-discipline and expect everything to be okay. If it were that easy, problem gambling wouldn’t be such a big issue.
Did I Have Any Problems Playing on Crypto Bet Sports?
The only issue I had on CryptoBet Sportsbook was when I tried to contact customer support.
➡️They were responsive by email, but the live chat was inactive when I tried to use it, and I couldn’t reach them by phone.
Other than that, my experience on the site was flawless.
How Does This Crypto Sportsbook Stand Out From Competitors?
🔷“The more the merrier” seems to be the mantra of CryptoBetSports, and this is how it stands out from the crowd.
Not only does it have a massive sportsbook with over 30 sports and thousands of betting markets, but it also has an online casino with over 8,000 games, including countless top developers.
➡️You will struggle to find such an expansive selection anywhere else.
It’s as if Stake combined with a newer provider like Betfoxx to create an amalgamation of sports and slots that most players will love.
Why Did I Give CryptoBet Crypto Sportsbook a Rating of 4.5?
The sheer volume of crypto sports betting markets, along with the excellent odds, sports selection, and betting options should put CryptoBet Sportsbook on course to receive full marks.
However, the lack of proper responsible gambling tools and the lack of responses from customer support reduces the score a little, so it gets a 4.5 from me.
This is higher than the ratings I have seen elsewhere, including Casino Guru and Trustpilot, where it received average scores.
My experience was clearly better than theirs, but the site is fairly new, so the reviews are still coming.
My Final Verdict – Do I Recommend Betting at this Sportsbook?
CryptoBet Sportsbook is not without its problems, but for most players, these will go unnoticed. They include an absence of responsible gambling tools and a customer support team that isn’t always as responsive or as available as it should be.
There are more positives than negatives, though—it’s hard to overlook a sportsbook that offers so many competitive betting markets and such great bonuses.
It’s a deserved high score and a definite recommendation.
Is CryptoBet a legitimate and trustworthy platform?
Yes. It is certified, regulated, and works with trusted providers.
Can I cash out on CryptoBet?
Yes. I can confirm this as I did it myself, and it was quick!
How long does it take for CryptoBet to pay?
It usually takes just a few hours but varies by payment method.
Is CryptoBet available in the US?
No, US players are blocked from the site.
What is CryptoBet?
It is an online sportsbook and casino that launched in 2022 and is operated by CBS Global N.V.
Does CryptoBet allow VPNs?
I couldn’t find anything in the T&Cs that specifically excluded VPNs. I signed up using one to test it out, and it went without a hitch. However, casinos usually don’t look fondly on VPN use, so I wouldn’t advise it.
