Crypto Fair Play is a relatively new Bitcoin only casino. They have a simple but easy to use website which works well on mobile. Slots and tables games are enjoyable to play, albeit through a small range.
Do be aware of the high minimum withdrawal (0.01 Bitcoin) before depositing. Additionally, withdrawals are slow, as explained below.
Slots
Range: Small – just under 200 slots available.
The slots on Crypto Fair Play are integrated well and play smoothly. It’s always a good sign when your balance updates in time with the spins.
The games are equally fun to play on mobile and are well optimised.
Live dealer
Range: Small – only 27 games are available, although all the popular tables are there.
The live tables can be buggy. Sometimes bets are not accepted and there is no explanation why, also the games are laggy.
The live dealers aren’t available if you’re in the United Kingdom and other countries where the government doesn’t allow it. However, if you have a VPN then you can access the Vivo tables from a German IP.
Table games
Range: Small – 28 tables in total.
The games are smooth across mobile and desktop and offer a fun place to play blackjack, roulette, poker and other table game favourites.
Transactions
Unique deposit addresses: Not available.
Confirmations before play: 3.
Withdrawal time: Dependant on transaction fees. Ours took nearly a week.
Player to player transfer: Not available.
The minimum withdrawal of 0.01 Bitcoin is the highest across any crypto casino we’ve played on. The only saving grace is you’re not required to turn over your deposit prior to withdrawal, so you could deposit enough to allow a withdrawal and not bet with it.
Problems can occur upon withdrawal because Crypto Fair Play make the bitcoin transaction fee 1% of your withdrawal. If you are withdrawing a very small amount a 1% miners fee might not be enough and the transaction will not be confirmed. If you are withdrawing a very large amount a 1% miners fee is very expensive and wasteful.
In all cases where 1% is not the appropriate miners fee you should let support know before you submit the withdrawal and they can help. This is a very poor practice and makes us doubt Crypto Fair Play’s crypto credentials and experience.
You can deposit with a large range of altcoins which are automatically converted to Bitcoin through the Changelly app.
When depositing in Bitcoin you need to change your currency from Euro to Bitcoin in the My Account section, otherwise your balance will show as €0. Live chat can sort it out if required.
Customer service
Customer service channels available: Live chat and email.
Speed of replies: Within a minute or two.
Accuracy of replies: Good. The agents give you the answers without copy and pasted terms or unnecessary information. The answers given are always honest and you feel like you’re speaking to an actual person.
Real life customer service test
Question: Hi, what is your minimum withdrawal? And is there a turnover requirement on deposits?Answer:
0.01 Bitcoin. No wager if you don’t use bonus.
Notes: Straight to the point, but correct information with no fluff.
Privacy and security
Information required at signup: Email address.
2 factor authentication: Available.
Upon sign up, Crypto Fair Play send you an email which includes your password in plain text. This is terrible privacy and extremely insecure.
Geo-targeting
Players in the following countries are geo-blocked by Crypto Fair Play:
- Aruba
- Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba
- Curaçao
- France
- Netherlands
- Saint Martin (French part)
- United States of America
Bonuses
Crypto Fair Play offer three deposit bonuses for new players:
- First deposit bonus – 100% up to 1 Bitcoin (0.003 Bitcoin min deposit)
- Second deposit bonus – 50% up to 2 Bitcoin
- Third deposit bonus – 25% up to 2 Bitcoin
All bonuses need to be wagered 50 times.
Overall
Crypto Fair Play’s glaring problem is the huge minimum withdrawal of 0.01 Bitcoin. Using a transaction fee of 1% for withdrawals seems strange, resulting in problems and delays on withdrawals.
If you can see beyond this, their casino is good for slots and table games, although live dealers do have a few issues. Their customer service is very useful. Agents are quick to respond with honest, helpful answers.
