Pros
- Lots of supported cryptos.
Cons
- Hit and miss support.
- Poorly optimized mobile games.
- Poor selection of games.
Bitsler is pretty new to the crypto casino world, only launching 3rd party games in March 2021. It has, however, had a selection of home-brew games for a number of years now, allowing it to perfect its site.
With pretty good customer service, a strong range of games and a plethora of supported cryptocurrencies, Bitsler has the goods to go toe to toe with the big boys of the crypto casino world. Bitsler also has a strong sportsbook (review) and a selection of dice games (review).
Slots
Range: Thousands of video slots with countless themes and features.
Bitsler has a great range of slots, with just shy of 1,500 available for you to play. The slot lobby is well laid out, but important information such as bet limits, features and return to player (RTP) is missing.
You’ll also have to verify your identity by passing the KYC process if you wish to play these slots. If you want to remain anonymous, you can stick to Bitsler’s two home-brew slots, which are not optimized for mobile.
Live dealer
Range: Pretty poor selection, only 13 live casino games currently available. Live dealer games also change your currency to USD, rather than remaining in crypto.
Bitsler appears to have a deal with Evolution Gaming to provide the vast amount of its live dealer games, but it’s not taking full advantage, taking only 11 games from their portfolio. The other two games come from Pragmatic Play and Absolute Live Gaming.
That being said, the live dealer games that you can play are well integrated and work well across all devices. Balances update in real time and the video quality is excellent.
Table games
Range: Fairly weak range of table games, missing some big-name games that you’d expect as standard. The following games were missing at the time of this review:
- Pontoon.
- Andar bahar.
- Top card trumps.
The table games that are available have a nice layout, are easy to use and packed with features. Your balance updates as you play and there are very few bugs and glitches in the animations. If you opt to play Bitsler’s home-brew table games, it’s worth noting that these are not optimized for mobile and look terrible.
Transactions
Unique deposit addresses: No.
Confirmations before play: 1.
Withdrawal time: Virtually instant.
Player to player transfer: Yes.
Customer service
Customer service channels available: Live chat and email support.
Speed of replies: Live chat is instant, while emails take around a day or so.
Accuracy of replies: Live chat replies are usually spot on, but you can occasionally get a support agent that can’t seem to answer questions.
Real life customer service test
Question: Why do I have to enter personal details to be able to play games that are from 3rd party developers?Answer:
If you complete your KYC you will have access to all games. 😀
Notes: The support agent kept trying to dodge the question, refusing to answer directly as to why KYC is required to play 3rd party games.
Privacy and security
Information required at signup: Username and email address.
2 factor authentication: Available.
If you wish to play games from 3rd party providers then you’ll need to complete KYC by submitting and verifying your identity.

Bonuses
There are a range of contests and challenges where you can win free crypto simply by playing games at Bitsler.
If you can make it to VIP status, there are bonus chests filled with free crypto and hourly lotteries where you can win additional free crypto.
Overall
Bitsler is a pretty average casino experience. Having to complete KYC to play 3rd party games is a definite drawback, especially as you’re required to submit images of your passport or identity card and a bank statement.
The user interface is sleek, there’s a nice selection of games and the support can be rather helpful. Bitsler also has a great sportsbook and enjoyable dice game, creating a decent all-round experience.
